The place is nice to live the neighbors are nice is quiet place, the landlord responsible of the place are nice, , when we have a problem in our apartment, they answer to us right away any issues they take care too!

I have lived at Hartwell Place Apartments for 3 years, continuing on to my fourth. I have enjoyed living here and recommend it to anyone considering moving in. When moving in, the units are very clean and ready for move-in. The complex is also kept clean especially the laundry rooms and hallways. The landlords are very easy to get ahold of, they get back to you quickly, and fix what’s needed in a timely manner. The apartment complex is a quiet place and the neighbors are mindful of this. Safety is also a top priority at this place, as you need keys to get into the building and packages are secure through a locked door. This is a great place for anyone to live!

I have been a tenant here for 6 years and have lived in 2 apartments in the building. The building is maintained well, and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. The landlady is friendly, fair, and conscientious. She is strict about noise, no smoking, and treating the property well, which I appreciate. I think this attracts respectful tenants. I have had a good experience here.

My family and I have lived here for 9 years. We love the quiet comfortable atmosphere of the building. Neighbors are respectful and we have built relationships with a number of them. Laundry units are very accessible on each floor and elevator makes it easy to get groceries and other items up to your apartment very easily. Garage parking provides added security and easy in easy out. Management is receptive to problems and quick to get repairs done. Neighborhood is great and there is a park right down the road for my son.
